Tamika, Thanks for your contribution. You write, "This is because their Holy Books have prohibited eating the flesh of a swine because it is a sin and an impiety." From your research, can you tell what is so "offensive" about swine that both religions prohibit their members from eating pork?

Tamika, THanks for your contribution. I am interested in your statement that "The only solution can be for both countries to have a mediator who will help them solve their problem." For decades now, the US has been trying to act as a mediator without success. From your research, are there any techniques, tactics, or options a mediator can employ to bring peace to the region?
