No, the cost of the training module will not make this program unreasonably costly. Consequently, DAST training costs less than a professional counselor would charge to treat a drug misuse disease or addiction. Training costs may be expensive for some people, but it's important to remember that the cost of an inexperienced professional may be greater. If they spend money on training, what are they going to get in return? A training program's entire strategy and goals should be considered before the prohibitive cost is taken into account. It is essential that all components of the training be planned out in advance to ensure that the project's goals are met. The prohibitive cost of the training program and any relevant program's relevance to lowering drug misuse addictions and associated mortality in society should be considered when establishing a training plan. As a result of this training program, the next stage is determining what further training is required for the company as a whole or for each individual professional. An internal audit or a skills inventory may assist uncover broad areas where training could be beneficial, or it can be used to assess the kinds of skills professionals now have and the kinds they might require in the future. In order to define the content of the training program, each drug abuse program should be divided down into individual tasks. I feel that the expense of a training program should not be seen as prohibitive, but rather as an investment.
