Discussion 6-A: The Leader of the Future

Discuss: Interview 5 people (at least three should be from work). Ask them what the leader of the future would look like. How does their depiction of leadership coincide with servant-leadership? How does it differ? Try to get a wide distribution of opinions (different generations, gender, departments, etc.) if possible. How does their opinion differ from the training development exercise that you conducted in class?
