Yellow Group Question

Decide on several Accounting Irregularities and Failures. How might these have been prevented according to expert professional sources?

Blue Group Question

Decide on several auditor failures according to appropriate sources. Choose one. Did these auditors violate their published code of conduct and values of their firm as shown on the firm websites?

Orange Group Question

If there were to be a principles versus rules argument for best oversight, attempt to do one with detail and expert professional support in this case.

Green Group Question

Discuss the red flags missed in this case. Take the presence of a regulatory authority in the US. What requirements were missed and how might these been remedied according to professional resources?
