Decentralized Organization
A Decentralized organization is the one that makes decisions by mid-levels or low-levels manager rather in central by the head of a company.
The structure of a decentralized organization is managed by authority shifting to authorize a lower level in the organization.

The return on investment formula is;
ROI = Profit/Investment
Major Issues with ROI Calculations
Confusions over the gain of financial amounts
Forms of ROI incorrect usage
Alone ROI often used
Time periods over ROI produced
Lacks of standards on costs and profits included in ROI
Clear policy of intangible costs and profits
Conclusion
Decentralization has both costs and benefits. When properly implemented, it is a health promotion environment for both employees and managers. The outside company stakeholders such as suppliers and customers have many benefits in making timely decisions.
Differential Analysis
Differential Analysis is otherwise known as incremental analysis, it’s management technique account is examined with the change of revenues, profits, and costs that can result in making decisions from the business instead it will create the income completion for each alternate statement.
Cost Analysis
Differential analysis of costs focused on attending the side of the expense equation.
For example, a company can engage in accounting where it might decide to outsource operational manufacturing but based on decisions the costs are involved.
Each option is analyzed to help a company in making the best decisions at the end.
Importance of Differential Analysis
Differential Analysis is mostly useful for decision making due to the statement of companies' income that do not associate automatically with certain customers, products, or any other segments. Thus, the companies might reclassify the costs for such actions may change or not.
