Quantifying Risk

Quantifying risk requires us to examine both impact and probability of occurrence.

· Provide a scenario of a one week vacation to a place where you would like to go.

· Then complete a risk assessment for the trip.

· Then quantify each risk in terms of probability and impact.

· Share with you colleagues.
