Hello Dr. Beard and class

The primary goal of a project is to provide the product or service to the customer on time and within the agreed-upon cost. The project manager's efforts should be the first step in measuring the success of the project (Lamprou & Vagiona, 2018). As a result, there is a higher likelihood that the project will be a success and match the expectations of the client. To begin, I'll look at whether or not the DNP project has met its stated goals at the outset of the project. There are several ways to gauge whether or not the project has been successful, such as whether or not the goal of installing the technology has been met. Another way to evaluate the project's progress is to look at the information that different regulatory organizations or hospital bodies have to provide (Lamprou & Vagiona, 2018). Positive feedback implies that the project was successful, whilst negative feedback suggests that the project was a failure. (Spencer, 2019). It is also possible to get valuable feedback from knowledgeable coworkers via peer review and feedback.

Finally, if I want to know whether the project was completed on schedule, within scope, and under budget, I measure the project itself. As a DNP project manager, I would employ organizational change management in order to ensure that the intended outcomes of a project are realized by the individuals who will be affected by it (Albert, Balve & Spang, 2017). Benefits/outcomes monitoring is a technique I would use to keep an eye on the effect of the change for a certain period of time after the primary project activity has been completed.
