Leadership initial post

The weekly learning outcomes for Weeks 4 and 5 were centered on disruptive behaviors, workplace violence, and dealing with disruptive staff behaviors. I presented you a lesson on Emotional Intelligence. I also provided you with the (OSHA) site on Workplace Violence: Violence Prevention Plan and Management. Your assignment this week is to locate an article about emotional intelligence and relate the information to any of those topics of how your knowledge about emotional intelligence can help in any of those situations that were part of the lessons of weeks 4 and 5.

Remember, to submit two questions for your classmate to respond after you complete your original discussion.

When responding back to your classmate, you can incorporate information from your article to build on the conversation, and do not forget to answer the two questions.
