You did a great job in regard to highlighting the need for research, and how you would go about conducting the research. You also need a proposed plan. If you had the opportunity to develop a program that the organization could implement...what would that program look like? Would it involve services for the victims and the perpetrators? Also, when you are creating this program, don't forget to include how you would monitor/evaluate that it is effective.
