Strategic Management Essay Questions

Your midterm exam consists of 3 essay questions.

Essay #1 and Essay #2 are worth 25 points; Essay #3 is worth 50 points for a combined score of 100 points.

1.Short Essay #1. In 2 to 3 paragraphs discuss the differences between a roadmap and a straight course of action. What are the pros and cons of each?

2.Short Essay #2. In 2 to 3 paragraphs explain the importance of communicating the plan to all employees within the organization.

3.Long Essay #3. In 1 to 2 pages, examine the implementation dip and why it is so critical for organizations to understand its impact on its strategy.

Include a title page and 3-5 references for Essay #3. Only one reference may be from the internet (not Wikipedia). The other references must be from the Grantham University online library. Please adhere to the Publication Manual of the American Psychological Association (APA), (6th ed. 2nd printing) when writing and submitting assignments and papers.
