In a few words, my planned group home project is a response to the increased number of adolescents in residential placements. The project was meant to serve children that are stepping down to a lower level of care from a residential setting. Additionally, it was also to cover independent living placements for children that are aging out or foster care or turning 21. A few of the goals of the project include offering a sanctuary, developing self-esteem and providing job experience within one year. The importance of a sanctuary is that it will prevent homeless children and youths from sleeping in the cold.

In my budget allocation, the project director will be required to work for at least 7 hours in a single day will translate to 35 hours in five working days of the week. At a pay rate of $257.14 per hour, this will translate to a total amount of $9000 before adding the requested amount of the fringe benefits, given the requested fringe benefits amount is $4000, the grand total amount requested will be $13,000. All project coordinators will be required to work for at least 8 hours in a single day which will translate to 56 hours in five working days of the week. At a pay rate of $82.28 per hour, this will translate to a total amount of $5000 before adding the requested amount of the fringe benefits, given the requested fringe benefits amount is $3000, the grand total amount requested will be $8,000.

Another important employee who is the project secretary will be required to work for at least 8 hours in a single day which will translate to 56 hours in five working days of the week. At a pay rate of $53.57 per hour, this will translate to a total amount of $3000 before adding the requested amount of the fringe benefits, given the requested fringe benefits amount is $1000, the grand total amount requested will be $4000. The rate of paying the secretary will be the least for the reason that the effort output by this employee will not need advanced skills and knowledge.
