Discussion Assignment: Your Personal Mission and Vision

Effective leaders are those who have developed and internalized their own personal mission and vision concepts as a positive social change agent. As you create your personal mission and vision statements, you must keep in the forefront of your mind that scholar practitioners apply what they learn to effect positive social change on a community, organization, and global scale.
