You need to consistently remind consumers that you still exist and give them a reason to keep choosing your business. You should also when your company gets big enough offer credit cards in addition to rewards programs like other companies do (e.g. Kohl’s and Walmart).

I understand why you would need to minimize your costs and risks with shipping globally but there are many ways to ship products and be able to keep them cool or climate controlled.  Of course you would have to consider this expense during startup but this is something that would definitely be available for you and your company.
