In this assignment, you will create three individual SMART objec�ves for the
organiza�on you plan to use in your Signature Assignment.
Briefly describe the scenario for your organiza�on. For example, if you choose to write
a plan for a hospital, you could choose to market or communicate about three different
services. You could market cardiology services. Here is an example of SMART
objec�ve:

Specific – To grow valvular surgery at two facili�es that the healthcare system
operates.
Measurable – The expecta�on will be to grow surgery by 5%.
Achievable – This is an a�ainable outcome based on the market spend and emphasis,
and the fact that the organization was able to grow by 2% last year.
Relevant – The marketing team will work collaboratively with the cardiology service‐ line team to accomplish this goal. This initiative is identified as a strategic priority for both the service and the organization.
Timebound – This goal will be accomplished in the second quarter this year.
Length: 2‐3 pages, not including title and reference pages
Resources: Include a minimum of 3 scholarly resources to support your assignment.
Your assignment should demonstrate though�ul consideration of the ideas and concepts presented this week. Your response should reflect scholarly writing and current APA standards.
