Hello Dr. Abbs and Class ,

In this case study Martha married to her husband for eleven years and they have three children together. "The smaller scale level of Marta's environmental model consolidates her fortitude, adaptability, need for change , and her friendship for her children."(Fundamentals of case management practice) Her meso level comprises of the people she loves this will include her husband and three children. When Marta made the decision to leave her husband her meso level changed to her children and those who supported the decision she made. Of the case of Marta's family it was not detailed about her social life , religion and other things about the specifics of their lives. This would be macro system but none was mention. On the micro level is more focused on self, the macro level its personal, biloogical make-up and psychological status of the client. "Things that are included in the micro level aside form what has been previously mentioned are: medical issues, past experiences, motivations, past conflict and social encounters." ( Fundamentals of case management practice) Marta's current situation with her husband has caused her anxiety and scared, she doesn't to see him, she has some anxiety also because she is sad for her children because they seem anxious as well.
