Discussion 4-A: Followership

Investigation: Library research assignment regarding followership. Locate a peer-reviewed research article in the Brandman University Virtual Library. Note the following on the Discussion Board: 1. Articulate/summarize the three (or so) main points in the article. 2. Using the Kelley article (Chapter 14) from the Spears text, analyze the followership article from the library. Explain your support or opposition to the author’s position. 3. How would you define yourself as a follower? In what ways are you a contributor to your organization, and in what ways are you a “taker?” Post your comments on the Discussion Board, then read and respond to two other colleagues in the course. Write two-three paragraphs. And don’t forget to cite your article in APA 6th Edition Format.
