Scheduling Resources
Each week, you will be asked to respond to the prompt or prompts in the discussion forum. Your initial post should be 75-150 words in length, and is due on Sunday. By Tuesday, you should respond to two additional posts from your peers.
Scheduling resources can be difficult regardless of the project size. A project manager will need to take into account the resources that are available, scheduling conflicts, costs, as well as other factors.
Conduct research and find an article or story that discusses a project that has been finished on time, early, or late. This article or story must have been written or reported on within the last two months. Provide a brief summary of the article or news story. Then give your analysis of why the project timeline turned out the way it did. Cite your source material using APA guidelines in your response.
Please respond to at least two of your peers’ initial posts offering your own opinion on the article and any feedback to your peer’s response. Also, provide an analysis of how you would improve the project.
