Recall the scenario from last week’s assignment: You are a school district administrator in a district that is experiencing low student test scores, high teacher turnover, high student absenteeism, and high suspension rates. You are once again being asked to create a presentation. This time, you have been asked to present to the school system’s principals on leadership tools for school change.

2. Create a presentation that identifies the leadership tools that are most effective for school change:

a. Using the resources for the assignment, identify at least four tools that you feel are essential for school change.

b. The tools can fall into a variety of categories, such as tools for communication, tools for collaboration, tools for decision-making, or tools for planning.

c. Each tool should be supported by at least one reference. 3. Defend your choices by explaining why you think the educational

tools that you identified support decision-making for issues related to school change.
