The effective management of the organization requires prudential planning that facilitates prudential decision making. In this scenario, the organization needs to develop an effective intervention that will enable the firm to make a progressive outcome. Notably, through effective intervention planning, it is much more possible for the organization to revert the unwise strategies that can have adverse progress to the organization's development. In this regard, the best intervention selection that the organization can select, especially in the competitive market dynamic change, can result in a positive comparative advantage towards the organization when properly applied by the management in the decision-making process. Thus, with effective intervention plans, it possible for the organization to have the effective positioning of the company products and the brand (Broom, 2010). Hence, the study's imperative is to analyze and determine the various activities used during the intervention selection and how they can be effectively applied in the case study.

In the case study, various interventions were used to facilitate effective strategic management in the Center City Hospital that was targeted to bring about significant changes and solve the multiple problems hindering the organization's progress and development (Saxena, 2020). The intervention was crucial as they provided effective management that the leader in the firm was to employ to induce the best action plan that will guide the firm's operation. For instance, the Center city Hospital had the exclusive intervention to improve the staff issues that were constant in hospital management. So, in this case, the firm could have applied the intervention by inducing the mindset of the organization's collective capabilities, which will involve the practical determination of the strength and the weakness that the organization could be possessing.

The situation will enable the organization to have a sufficient foundation to reflect on the better plans required by the organization to strengthen the management and act on the areas that drag the organization backward by inducing the various operational threats. The intervention will make the process of making the significant decision that relates to their working condition, and the conation of the patient could be more comfortable and more accommodative, so solve them prudentially. More so, through collective capabilities intervention, the organization will facilitate the effective promotion of the interpersonal skills to the physician, thus promoting the better delivery of the services in the healthcare center. The position will enable the Center city Hospital to boost their human capital by ensuring that they have the personnel who can provide a better quality of services in the health sector. In this regard, the situation will boost the relationship between the organization and client, thus enhancing the better positioning of the intense brand in the market.

In this case, the intervention will be applicable. It will provide an immediate solution to the nursing fraternity by identifying the area of concern that needs attention in the firm. The case study in progress is the case that needs significant corporation between the different shareholders; thus, it requires substantial collective responsibility (Koçyiğit, 2015). Therefore, the intervention will provide the provide avenue where the Center City Hospital's real issues will be articulated. For instance, through the intervention, it can be possible for the workforce to have a discussion that can bring the progressive consultation that can induce the innovative ideas in the board, thus resulting in a positive impact on the progress of Center City Hospital.

In this case, for the intervention to fully implement the intervention, it should induce an effective action plan that involves the formulation of the policies and the regulation that promotes cohesion and teamwork in the organization, enabling the ideal of collective capabilities. Herein, it will be more possible to facilitate adopting the intervention, thus enhancing the positive changes in the Center City Hospital health care center.

With the application of the collective capabilities intervention in the Center City Hospital health, it will be possible for the organizational management to bring the significant changes that will foster the medical care's growth progressively.
