Evaluation model

In our company we use virtual training every 6 weeks to maintain our credit towards our certification as EMT and Paramedics. Our lead facilitator coordinates a classroom and all the necessary laptops and classroom space. The training is closely monitored by the supervisors so that it is following all the current standards that are required by the national registry.

The equipment and resources used are set up over a period of time and each instructor is required to participate every 6 weeks or at least 3 times a year. The training follows closely to what we do daily when teaching our students.
