Talent Management Plan, Part 1
For this Assignment, you will complete and submit your Talent Management Plan. Over the past two weeks, you considered the approaches and strategies you would recommend to select, identify, develop, and evaluate talented employees. This week, you will consider the approaches and strategies you would recommend to recruit and retain talented employees.
To Prepare for this Assignment:
· Review Chapter 4 in the Aamodt textbook, Industrial/Organizational Psychology: An Applied Approach, Chapter 23 in The SAGE Handbook and the article, “Talent Management: Conceptual Approaches and Practical Challenges.” Pay particular attention to considerations related to attracting and retaining talented employees.
· Revisit the information presented about Webbutik in this week’s media. This time examine the strengths and limitations of the organization’s current approaches to recruiting and retaining talented employees.
· Think about how you might apply what you have learned this week to help the organization improve the recruitment and retention of talented employees.
