Congratulations! XYZ Company is privileged to welcome you to the Kansas team. I am pleased to write this confirmation to you regarding the position of Maintenance Technician. The team will be glad to welcome you as a full time employee, a position that directly reports to the Electrical Engineer. The starting salary that you have been offered is a gross $55,000 per year that will be paid monthly. However, there will be a probation period of three months for which your performance will be evaluated for the position fit as you continue to integrate into the company. There will be no off days during the probation period and two days per months after the probation. Working hours are 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday.
In your position as a full-time employee, you will be entitled to hardship allowance, retirement, insurance benefits, housing allowance and other benefits described in the contract one month after the date of employment.
It is our delight to invite you in this capacity where your main responsibility would be to monitor and access the electrical conditions and troubleshooting which is in line with fulfillment the position’s main objective. Within this capacity, you are expected to work within a clear goal that meets the needs of the company mission set within the standard and of the Operations and Maintenance department where you will be placed.
We are looking forward to your arrival on 1st June 2018 in the Kansas main office. Enclosed with this letter is a map showing the directions to the office herein named. You are expected to report by 8:00 am and ask for Ms. Bella Ardan who is your immediate supervisor. She will guide you through the orientation and help you with familiarizing with the company main policies. Some of the basic preparations are enclosed to provide you information on the organizational chart.
In your first week, you will continue to meet several of the workers in the office who will help and support you where needed. They are also a great source of resource in various subjects and run-ins in the company, therefore, do not hesitate to ask for assistance. There are other supervisors and managers from different departments in the company who you will also be able to meet many who will also be ready to support you in your new role and accomplishment of the responsibilities given.

At-Will Employment: Your employment with us, XYZ Company, is at-will employment meaning it is within a definite amount of time. It, therefore, follows that you are within your rights to resign at any given time of your choice; the company can terminate your employment with or without cause, with notice or without. A requisition of one month notice is requested in the event you choose to resign from your position. There will be no consideration of conflict within this policy and any other when the willingness of termination of employment is yours.
In case of any modification within this policy and any other by XYZ Company, it will be done in written agreement with the presence of the employee and then will be signed by the CEO, Mr. Henry Allan.
