The problem I identified in week 2 was,

Nurse Burnout during a Pandemic

. For the

content validity assessment, the research design used the mixed method design. Both

qualitative and quantitative approaches were used to evaluate the questionnaire given

in the study. The qualitative design of the study focused on the phenomenolo

gy aspect.

Phenomenology develops understanding of experiences through the perception of

those living in them (Stellar, n.d.). The questionnaire focused on the experiences of the

nurses’ perceptions working during a pandemic. Qualitive research is a natura

perspective of the individual’s experience (Houser, 2016).
