How will the Organization Cope?

At the very least, "change" conjures up thoughts and feelings if uncertainty, and even fear.  Recognizing the many ways and forms "resistance" might take is an important task for those charged with managing the change action. Finding appropriate methods to mitigate the impact of change resistance, is also a top priority.
