OBAMA CARE 1
OBAMA CARE 3
Obama Care
Barack Obama was the 44th president of the United States. His major idea that impacted the people positively is the Obama care which he introduced during his reign. The Obama care idea works with the mandate of every to get health insurance (Hall, 2014). This was to cater mostly to low-income people by taxing high-income individuals as well as some of the healthcare providers. The idea is heavily protected by the act of the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act of 2010. The act required each and every individual to have health insurance or pay the tax penalty (Amadeo, 2020).
From the topic of Obama care, the three aspects that I think will be developed for the presentation are as follows. First is how Obama care has affected the status quo of the United States. The aspect was chosen because the implementation of Obama care brought a lot of change to the people. There is a difference before and after the implementation of the idea.
Secondly is the context which led to the proposal of the idea. This will be backed up with the reasons why President Obama come up with such an idea. Lastly, is the bodies which are against the idea and the reasons as to why they are against it. This will be developed in order to get the reasons as to why some of the people might be against such an amazing idea. Other aspects that will be developed are the importance of the idea, the category of people who will benefit from it, and ways in which the government is helping to either support or deal away with the idea.
