This Assignment will be Chapters 1 and 2 of your research paper:

In Chapter 1 , provide a frame of reference for developing an introduction/overview for your paper. For example, you might identify whether the subject is an organizational issue, a community issue, or something more global.

In Chapter 2 , develop your problem statement, which is a precise explanation of the problem to be solved.

· This chapter should be about 3 pages.

You will also be responsible for reviewing five articles relating to your research for your Annotated Bibliography.
