Read the example Secret Shopper reports posted published online here ( https://www.advancedfeedback.com/shop-instructions/Sample%20Report%20Narratives.pdf ). Then visit a restaurant or retail location. You do not have to purchase anything. However, your visit should be at least ten minutes or so, or long enough to have at least one interaction with staff. Then write a report of your experience in the same style as the Secret Shopper reports linked above. Be sure your report is objective and free from judgment. Only describe what you experience. Scenario:
The person reading this report is the owner/manager of the establishment you visit. They are interested in the overall presentation of the establishment (cleanliness, organization, space, etc), the customer service provided, and the quality of their products (less of an issue for retail locations).
