Question 1: WHAT'S THE PLAN?

We’ve seen that the Act 2 Break occurs when “Plan A” falls apart. Act 3 begins with a “Plan B”.  For your two movie ideas, write about your Plan A and how it falls apart.  Then write about your Plan B. Example: FATAL ATTRACTION

 

PLAN A: Ignore/avoid Alex and hope she goes away PLAN A FALLS APART WHEN:  Alex invades home, boils bunny rabbit PLAN B: Tell the truth about everything

Question 2: WHAT DO YOU FEAR? WHAT DO YOU TRUST? 

At the Act 2 Break/Plan A falls apart, your protagonists must face their fears.  And for Act 3/Plan B, your protagonists must use what they trust.  For your two movie ideas, write about your protagonists’ fears and trusts.

 

Example: FATAL ATTRACTION

FEAR: Dan fears he will be caught/discovered

TRUST: Beth loves him, forgives him, and saves him
