Hello Professor, 

When I stated High Expectations, I meant that the potential new customers will want certain things done that the club can not deliver.  The resources allocated to the club do not meet the expectations that the clients want, resulting in poor quality work being delivered.

great diagram I am impressed, 

I had to make mine with smart draw and it is so hard to save it to be able to paste it for an assignment, Did you do yours with power point, I have tried that before as well. Great job i thought you did a great job
