I need to write a paper on an issue such as process that is causing concern or an opportunity for a positive change in a healthcare organization? The issues that I would like to write on is FINANCIAL ISSUES

Some of the financial Issues are, overuse of the emergency department, providing services that are excluded or not covered by the patient insurance company, and not obtaining prior authorization before services are rendered.

The paper has to answer the below questions

1. Define the problem by identifying and carefully describing what it is you really want to improve?

2. Choose a target for improvement, and then describe two approaches for quality improvement that can be used for this problem including the tools appropriate for your approaches.

3. Conclude by sharing strategies for implementation of the change needed.
