A pivot table is a data summation tool that consists of columns, rows, pages, and data fields (Infinite Campus, 2020); it is a handy tool in consolidating a large quantity of data. The table lets the user organize faster and draw a conclusion from the data being collected. One significant advantage of a pivot table is that it is easy to use. Another beneficial feature of the pivot table is that users can easily compare information and can handle a large amount of data under time constraints. In addition to this, data analysis experience is more interesting with pivot tables. It is an interactive tool that produces fast and effective work when using Microsoft Excel or IBM SPSS. Furthermore, another significant feature of the pivot tables is that it can help users create reports and presentations efficiently and reliably (European Innovation, Technology, and Science Center Foundation, 2020). With the fast-paced demand of the world, quick decisions are critical. It is a valuable reporting tool because it allows users to analyze data quickly and make decisions without difficulty. Overall, a pivot table is an excellent tool for faster, more comfortable, and more credible data collection, analysis, sorting, summarizing, formulation of reports and presentations, and assisting any user in making more reliable decisions (European Innovation, Technology, and Science Center Foundation, 2020).

The stacked bar graph is a visual display of nominal or ordinal data (Frankfort-Nachmias et al., 2020). The below visual provides a quick and eye-catching overview of the respondent's dwellings by race. It alllows for a rich comparison of the given data. The length of the bar reflects the data value. Some of the data that the graph reveals is that at least 85% of the respondents are white; At least 93% of the white respondents either own or are buying their home. Less than 10% of the respondents are Black. Approximatley 48% of the Blacks own or are buying their home. In time, additional training on the SPSS software will allow for richer visuals.
The mean age of the respondent is 48.62.
