Self-Awareness

• Emotional self-awareness: reading one’s own emotions and recognizing their impact, using “gut sense” to guide decisions

• Accurate self-assessment: knowing one’s strengths and limits

• Self-confidence: a sound sense of one’s self-worth and capabilities
