Introduction

Human sexuality is one critical and underpinning concern for basic satisfaction, interpersonal relationships, basic needs, and mutual satisfaction and pleasure that require an effective platform for understanding. According to the research, human sexual desire and satisfaction contribute to life quality, overall mental and physical well-being, and general health contributors.

Undoubtedly, the variation between men's and women's sexuality life differences is an un-researched area that will require an effective platform for studying dysfunctions in human sexuality and consequences. For example, compulsive sexual behavior disorder is one major disorder and human sexuality desire disorder that is more frequent in men than women. Noteworthy, sexuality desire disorder is one dysfunction related to sexual behavior that requires effective research and articulation for an effective understanding and decision-making. Accordingly, women accommodate factors such as interpersonal issues and low physical attraction as drivers affecting women’s sexual desire and interest. Conversely, men articulate factors such as attraction and daily hassles as vital contributors to sexual desire and interest (Friedmann E., & Cwikel, 2021).

Fundamentally, understanding significant contributors, concepts, and issues on sexual desire disorder in both men and women requires a practical approach to personal, biological, psychological, and other environmental issues. Therefore, the study explores issues on human sexuality desire disorders, accommodating practical articulation to contributing factors, management, issues, and consequences and practical implications in the Psychology of Human Sexuality, embracing a biopsychosocial perspective.

Sexual Desire and Women

Sexual desire in women accommodates a notable platform for study and investigation among researchers and scholars. In a study to investigate sexual desire in women, accommodating the paradoxical approach to anxiety and depression's influence on women's sexual desire, the authors accommodated an interview for f 213 university students (Bittoni & Kiesner, 2022).

In the study, there is an interesting revelation on how sexuality and sexual desire in women accommodate interpersonal and emotional factors that provide an effective platform for understanding and deliverability. Notably, results indicated that women either increased or decreased sexual desire due to depressed mood and anxiety. Interestingly, some women expressed an increased sexual desire when there was an increased depressed mood and anxiety, while other women admitted that there was increased depressed mood and anxiety curtailed and reduced their sexual desire and interpersonal relationships with students (Bittoni & Kiesner, 2022).

Due to the paradoxical association between women's sexual desire and depressed mood and anxiety, it is vital to consider individual variability and multifactorial nonlinear for an effective understanding of human sexual desire and disorders for both men and women. Therefore, factors such as depressed mood and emotional anxiety create a significant impact on an individual sexual desire and disorders, hence a significant platform applicable in understanding and managing human sexuality desire disorders.

Evaluating a connection between differences and dysfunctions of sexuality construct in women is another underscore platform to understand sexual desire and disorder in the Psychology of Human Sexuality. Significantly, researchers, Thomas, and Gurevich (2021) explore a conceptual analysis of women's sexual desire, accommodating fundamental political pathologization of the concern.

In the article, there is an in-depth definition and articulation of sexuality, depicting a healthy female body's sexual constructions. Furthermore, there is a practical articulation on the DSM-5 Female Sexual Interest/Arousal Disorder and sexual desire that accommodate individual differences and problems, contextual attributes, and sociopolitical factors contributing to individual distress and influence on sexual desire and disorders.

Fundamentally, the authors argued that created dysfunctions of sexual desire without considering an individual difference and conditions may errors in offering an effective definition and understanding of sexual desire and desire among females, creating a fundamental platform for re-considerations. A comprehensive understanding of human sexuality desire and disorder provides a practical platform to understand the causes, concepts, and management strategies of human sexuality issues. Understanding the difference between human sexuality dysfunctions and individuals' differences underscores effective case management and understanding of human sexuality concerns. Furthermore, accommodating factors such as depressed mood and emotional anxiety create a significant impact on an individual sexual desire and disorders, hence a significant platform applicable in understanding and managing human sexuality desire disorders. Therefore, the concern- of human sexuality desire and disorder resonates with practical and professional applications in the Psychology of Human Sexuality, supporting research-based evidence-based case management.
