Kyana practices the social work ethics like integrity Kyana is honest about what her client hints on doing and is responsible as she is worried enough to ask a colleague for the ethically appropriate approach. Kyana also ensures the preservation of the client's dignity as she maintains the confidentiality of the case and is ready to ask for the client's consent to involve others. Kyana also displays competence as she seeks the advice of a colleague on a solution that improves her skills and knowledge to help her client. Therefore Kyana has social work ethics like integrity, competence, and maintaining the client's dignity.

Case management ethics have a tremendous effect on social work as they dictate the relationship between the client and the case manager. The case management ethics help case managers to focus on a client and their requirement to provide the best care and guarantee a good outcome (Giardino & Jesus, 2022). Ethics help assess the client’s problem by listening to them, developing a plan to deal with the issues a client presents, and monitoring the initiatives implemented to help a client(Giardino & Jesus, 2022). The ethics also require the case manager to evaluate the plans to determine if they are effective or need to be changed. As a result of the case management ethics, case managers focus on the client's need to provide the best results.

Social workers also integrate Christian views to help clients. A social worker seeks help in case of danger as the gospel denounces evil. The gospel is also against injustice to others, and a social worker is required to practice social justice. Christianity accepts the potential and impact of social work in society and its role in furthering culture through education and the embodiment of good and just biblical principles. Thus Christianity upholds social justice and the improvement of other peoples’ lives.
