I will develop this query because it helps in updating the desired data in a feasible way. For example, for updating the BMI I will use an update query.
Access helps in tracing, showing and handling huge quantities of data. Access is a well-organized method to contrast the information in worksheets (Taylor, n.d.). Access database can keep the data separately for each item. Access offer usage of reports and queries and additional records can be added for free. It saves the data at one location and mentions about it at several locations (Chung, n.d.). Therefore, I believe that it would be finer to use Access as compared to the Excel.
