What was the focus of the course work this week?

This week the main focus of the work is to implement the best strategies and motivating the behavior with work. Also, the use of equity theory of motivation focuses on the need for people to be created in the same perception. Also, focused on the lacking of motivation. All things considered, reward systems hope to attract people to join the relationship to keep them coming to work and convince them to perform to critical levels.

What were the topics?

In the week two memo we had a discussion on How to build managerial skills from chapter 3. On the other side, we had a discussion on the common goals with some of the team having to pull their weight using equity and expectancy theories. In the assignments, I had to discuss the best job that I have ever had. This week the main focus of the work is how to improve or build managerial skills and I had to define the common goals.   

How does it relate to your work?

This course is exactly related to my current work. Even this course will always use in my future work as well in any organization that I will move to. The bottom line is without any motivating behavior people will not survive or create any healthy work environment.
