INTERNATIONAL LAW BLENDED
Week/Unit #2:
It is important that all international business managers be able to read, understand and draft transnational contracts.
International Contracts have many special provisions in them. Access the various links in our D2L Classroom (which are YouTube voice files describing various contract provisions) or the links below for each of the clauses. Then, after listening to these audio files (which explain each of these contract provision), open the attached international contract and identify what provisions (give their number) are inside the sample agreement given to you by the instructor. If you feel that a certain clause is NOT in the agreement, then say it "not applicable" or “N/A”. You may need to do additional legal research on these contract provisions to help you understand their legal significance and how to identify them in a real contract online.
