Karatzas et al. conducted the study to determine the civil rights Act of 1964. The moment of civil rights was deeply interviewed by Johnson. In 1964, congress passed the public law, civil rights acts which stated the elimination of discrimination of race, colour, sex, national origin and religion. The main purpose of this law is to prohibit the vision of colour, race as well as religion in the case of hiring or firing. In every mode of life and administration includes the hostel, restaurants and mainly the education, one of the main things which are analyzed is the colour, race or religion due to which many people are not able to get education or job. So Johnson proposed this law to protect the rights and give equality to the people all around the world. It had a great impact on the world, the law of the US and all the people involved in it.

The importance of the civil rights movement was also assessed in the study, and the period of widespread mobilization was assessed efficiently because it is playing an important role in the process success of the society. The research has claimed that this civil act played an important role in the development of the country because the chances of success become enhanced. The analysis was done about the impact of social outcomes on the development of society that has become a major concern of the people throughout the world. Thus it has become clear that mobilization is playing both short term and long term effects on the development due to which the rate of innovation has become increased efficiently.

The study was conducted by Wiecek et al. to determine the impact of the civil rights Act of 1964 on the structure of America that has become majorly affected due to this policy. The research has claimed that sociologists have made a compelling body of literature on racism related to the structure of America. Some of the elements that have become majorly affected due to racism include employees, residential patterns, education and wealth accumulation. The focus is being given to the structure of America so that people become able to live happy and satisfying life. It is important for the people to give importance to the process of racism so that intentions can be given to bigoted individuals. The Supreme Court of the United States has refused the concept of racism and claimed that people could live more efficient life by giving concentration to structural racism.

The study has found that it is a complex and significant cognitive framework that is being used to make decisions. The policymakers are using this policy so that design and be made according to the regulations to enhance behaviour change in the interest of society and individuals. Moreover, the article has also explored the extent to which law can be accommodated into the regulatory process. The policymakers are responsible for not only making but also managing the legal framework so that regulatory processes can be analyzed. It has given the guarantee to the citizens that constitutional rights and freedoms are important not only for society but also for the benefit of the people. Therefore, people should determine the importance of a regulatory state to enhance economic performance.
