Reflective Paper: Personal Theory of Human Nature and Keys to Ethical Development

In this reflection paper, personal theories of human and ethical development

components are discussed. Theory of personality explores how people become who they are

and can be used in researching mental conditions. These ideas explore whether public

persona is a natural attribute or a product of an individual's interactions with their

surroundings. Additionally, having well-researched exercise methods will enable me to

exercise more safely and effectively. The five processes listed here can be used to help

me better understand myself as well as others as the specific subject i am thinking about. This

can support us on my quest to develop stronger moral character. Ethics is the practise of

leading a moral life, of comprehending and possessing the fortitude to act justly and morally,

no matter the consequences. In each step of life, beginning with childhood to old years,

morals do make a path to show a more promising life.

To recognize and embrace oneself is to be self-aware. It includes all of

my experiences and journeys that have joined together to shape who I am now. Without

looking back on my past, inspirations, and relationships, it really would be difficult for me to

truly understand how my moral, emotional, and skills to deal has changed. The inspirations

and events that have shaped my ethical and moral development will be covered in this paper.

Discussion should also include the experiences that shaped my professional and personal

growth. Nevertheless, other factors contributed to my moral and ethical development as I

made friends and engaged with people. Other events had an impact on how I developed.

My principles and ethics have changed throughout the years, I have observed. I

imagine that a variety of factors, including experiences, relationships, lifestyle, and other

factors, contributed to this. A few of my ideals and ethical principles have become more

ambiguous as a result of my education. I used to think in black and white, but even now I

tend to tilt towards grey. I suppose my approach to thinking, my experience, my school, and

other things have contributed to this development. I often delve more into the causes and

solutions of problems. To come to a conclusion, there must be a procedure. I consider the

circumstance. I let my significant benefits me to a conclusion based on truth, morality, and

ethics. Some of my values and ethics have widened over my thoughts.

For example, because of certain circumstances, my life has been out tune for some

weeks. As a result, some aspects of my life have impacted, including employment, education,

and my health. This course made me think more critically. It was the counseling impaired

discussion project. I made an assessment of my life as a result of that task. to deal with

problems that are harming my health. I came to the conclusion that my life lacks balance. I

began to evaluate the aspects of my life that are not running smoothly. I made an assessment

and examined the causes. I have changed a few things to get back on course. It is just a

journey, and I'm going through it to get where I want to be.

I have never had to choose something that is morally questionable. But if I had to

make an ethical choice, there are several things I would think about in order to arrive at a

clear, rational judgment. I would also make an attempt to resolve the problem through

straightforward ethical thought, which forces one to consider moral obligations and values

and leads one to a conclusion based on the concepts of right and wrong. For example, if I had

guests staying at my home and one of them was just not helping out in the home, I might tell

them they had to go if they could not really contribute. However, if I need to speak with that

individual at least once, then this is the time I can make my ethical decision and take the

appropriate action. I have issues because everyone has different opinions and bases their

decisions on those opinions, which brings me to the topic of ethical decisions.
