Uber is a platform where those who drive and deliver can connect with riders, eaters, and restaurants.In cities where Uber is available, you can use the Uber app to request a ride. When a nearby driver accepts your request, the app displays an estimated time of arrival for the driver heading to your pickup location. The app will notify you when the driver is about to arrive.The Uber app also provides info about the driver with whom you will ride, including first name, vehicle type, and license plate number. This info helps the two of you connect at your pickup location.Use the app to enter your preferred destination anytime before or during the ride. If you have a preferred route, it's helpful to talk through the directions with the driver.When you arrive at your destination and exit the vehicle, your trip ends. Your fare is automatically calculated and charged to the payment method you've linked to your Uber account (Blystone, 2021).

I would like to introduce a mask and temperature confirmation of each passenger along with driver for uber pool because of the pandemic people might feel hesitant to travel with strangers without knowing the health conditions.

Users would like to prefer their safety first due to COVID pandemic situation.Uber can adapt this idea and develop its customer relationship. It would economically suffice the users while keeping safety in mind.

Short-term goal of Uber is trying to serve more passengers by hiring more drivers. And, of course, the whole idea of self-guiding cars angers today’s Uber drivers as they consider what to do as actual vehicle autonomy approaches. Company Strategies: 

The long term goals of this company are:

1. Expanding Uber Green to make it easier for riders to choose to travel in hybrids or EVs.

2. Committing $800 million in resources to help hundreds of thousands of drivers transition to EVs by 2025.

3. Investing in our multimodal network to promote sustainable alternatives to personal cars. 

4. Being transparent and accountable to the public along the way. 

Uber’s mission is to bring transportation — for everyone, everywhere and it's vision is smarter transportation with fewer cars and greater access. Transportation that’s safer, cheaper, and more reliable; transportation that creates more job opportunities and higher incomes for drivers.This would definetly works as Uber “transports,” so it is the perfect actionable verb for their mission. The vision dives deeper into how their transportation services exist for the greater good of everyone.

Not only advantages but also there can be certain risk factors for every newly introduced service. As safety of customere is very important  it can create certain challenges. Uber needs to spend more time, effort as well as money to formulate this new service which may not turn interesting in the future. Also, the management resources need to be developed inadequately which can lead to many problems. The cost of implementation of this new service is also high which is also a challenge for them to convinence both the customers and drivers(Mohamed,2021).
