A personal development plan is vital for me as I consider myself a procrastinator. In my case, I tend to leave everything for the last moment, and it always backfires. Designing a personal development plan will help me create short time goals and keep me on track. It will also allow me to schedule time to work on assignments and not slack on schoolwork. The fact that I can put down my goals on paper keeps me motivated since I consider them improvements.
