What was the focus of the course work this week?

    The main focus of the current week is completely focused on IT-related project design and worked on the project template and learned some key objectives of the project proposal template. Also, I’ve learned how the system analysis role can be more important in the project. I‘ve Learned some informative strategies on preparing the project template documentation including designing the project template and analyzing the risk in the project and the main focus that I’ve observed in the week one is once I have decided to implement the project I must have the idea of what are the strategies that I’m going to approach and what are the risks and what is the main goal of this project that I’m working. These things I’ve learned.

What were the topics?

   So, the topics are we have a discussion on how the system analytics roles and responsibilities are effected in the organization and project team roles and responsibilities in the discussion forum, and in the assignment, we have the project proposal template design.

How does it relate to your work?

  These concepts are very useful in real-time. Actually the system roles and responsibilities are we are directly implementing in our current project and the project proposal documentation is I haven’t implemented in our current project but it is very useful content that I have learned this week. Also, in the project designing system that I have included in the table of content, which includes methodologies, risk analysis, quality control, and what are the strategies that I’m approaching all these strategies are currently I’m implementing in our organization. Also, the concept of project team roles is exactly reflected in my current project.
