Description of the problem or opportunity being presented to the business

This paper will represent the problems that are experienced by businesses or opportunities along with the cost and benefits of each alternative solution. The paper aims to create complex IT strategies which will help big companies to maintain and manage the employees. Among the companies, four locations; Florida, Illinois, Colorado, and Texas, about 300, 000 employees will be able to be located and schedule according to their activities position (Harned, Brett), (2019). The use of plug-ins will be useful as the employee will be identified who is supposed to attend events and conferences. The paper will also discuss the IT projects by chapters.

The major goal of the project to have, maintain, and access the employee database. This goal needs the collaboration of team members so that it can be achieved. The project manager is assigned the task of coming up with a project plan, project cost, project schedule, and project scope. The manager will be also responsible for overseeing those tasks all while also implemented and control of the project.

Risks: Project Risks.

· Security- since our information can be stolen by co-workers and use for their benefits.

· Schedule- if a schedule can fluctuate it can cause latency in the entire project

· Team Members- some member may fail to corporate and fail to be open-minded

· Cost Estimates and budgeting – we may low the estimates which will affect of project negatively.

· Performance- low quality and security risks may be due to low performance.
