In your textbook, Flawless Consulting: A guide to getting your expertise used, review Block's three areas of consulting skills outlined in Chapter 1 on pages 5-6 and the roles consultants choose in Chapter 2 on pages 22-27.

Write a 4+ page paper that answers the following questions:

· SKILLS:  Provide an overview of the three skills needed by all consultants.  Offer an example of each to illustrate your understanding of the skills.  

· ROLES:   Discuss the consultant as a “pair of hands” versus the consultant as “subject matter expert.”  Specifically, define and describe each thoroughly using the Block (2011) text as your base (Theory).  Then, offer an example to illustrate each role (Application).
