Watching the video, many things i seen were key to making the bond with a new client and trying to get all the informant while building the rapport with them. To start with, being engaging and making sure that she listened to everything that was being talked about and completely understanding whats really going on. Throughout the conversation, she was trying to get the full story of everything because at first there was very minimum information that was really given. While collecting the information, she was able to easily ask for more in the correct way of letting the client know that she is listening to and in ways understanding if from them and not speculating about anything. Without getting a rapport with someone, they are not willing to let you in and also know what might be the real reason they might be here or what might be really going on. It also makes it easier to talk with them and really work with them. You have to when trying to listen, you need to let them say everything they are willing to, follow it up with information that they have given you, and just like in the video, go slow and small with trying to get more information. Lastly, the information that you get before you see the client is going to be key on how you handle and also question. The information you are given will either let you know some or alot depending on it and let you know how to start.
