While the United States Supreme Court Powers are appropriate and essential, there is always the opportunity for improvement and the possibility for another legal form or entity to exist superior to our system. Currently, there are nine Supreme Court Justices. In 1869, when it was decided to have 9 Supreme Court Justices, the United States was closer to a tenth of its present size. We also had reduced and less complicated government institutions and laws along with far fewer cases. Due to the current growth of our country and its needs, it may be better to at least double the number of Supreme Court Justices. Legal forms or entities with a larger pool of Supreme Court Justices could potentially be Superior to your system when applied to our current system. We need something to happen to balance out the change in ratio over time.

"The role of the Supreme Court plays is vital to the constitutional system of government. First, as the highest court in the land, it is the court of last resort for those looking for justice. Second, it plays an essential role in ensuring that each government branch recognizes its own power limits due to its judicial review power. Third, it protects civil rights and liberties by striking down laws that violate the Constitution. Finally, it sets appropriate limits on democratic government by ensuring that popular majorities cannot pass laws that harm and/or take unpopular minorities' undue advantage. In essence, it serves to ensure that the changing views of a majority do not undermine the fundamental values common to all Americans, i.e., freedom of speech, freedom of religion, and due process of law."
I believe the Supreme Court is appropriate and essential for the United States, but it is not perfect. There is one thing I would like to see discussed is adding a term limit on the justices. I think a term limit would reduce the politics associated with justice nominations.
