What would the patient say?

Julia contacting in respect to perhaps getting assistance for my eating disorder, yeah, I believe that is the case. Ever since I can remember, I've strived to do well in school so that I could go into the university of my dreams. I even worked extra hard to get a full scholarship. I need to schedule an appointment so that I can stay on the track team and stop worrying about my family. Seeking help from an expert, they believe, will alleviate my problems. I'm baffled as to why maintaining a healthy weight and eating habits is an issue for so many people. Why is it that everyone believes I'm suffering from anorexia? "Urgh!" Even if my peers are putting pressure on me, I have to be the best on the track and in class to earn their respect. Like, get off my back, I'm doing great, and my track meet numbers are improving, and I'm keeping my weight under control as well. I really wish everybody would just leave me alone by now. What are your thoughts on the prospect of me meeting you soon enough to finish things up?

What tone of voice might he or she use?

The voice used would have an agitated tone to it, while yet conveying confidence that she is OK on her own.

How fast would the patient speak?

As a result of her irritation that others assume she has a problem when in reality she doesn't, I believe Julia may talk quickly to get the conversation over with as quickly as possible.

Would the message be understandable (e.g., would it be muffled, circumstantial, tangential, rambling, mumbled, pressured, etc.)?

I feel the message would be conveyed in the form of a fast-paced phrase put together with words flowing over one another in the middle of the sentence.
