The trainer has been quite convincing and appealing to the audience that they will not go back the same after training. Indeed, the training I generally effective and streamline the theme and purpose of the training. In addition, the aspect of reelection on what has been passed during the training ensures that the audiences have something to take home after the sessions. The use of the charts further cements the ideas shared during the session(Matthews, 2013). the training highlight that the change after the train9ing is quite important. In the process of training, the trainer uses the comic episode to ensure that the audiences are focused and willing to listen. In a nutshell, the training seeks to pass some insight from the trainer to the audience, and such is done through interactive sessions, as shown in the video(Matthews, 2013).
