In this case, the organization to concentrate on is a supply chain kind of business that deals with the purchase of pharmaceutical products from both local and international markets, warehousing them in the different warehouses as they undergo special packaging, inspection, and verification and finally they are distributed to the different clinical health centers and facilities within the country.  Therefore, this organization aims to ensure that there is a smooth flow of these products from the wholesaler to the different medical facilities that require these products (Lambert & Cooper, 2000). This organization operates locally in terms of the line of goods delivery and distribution but also internationally in terms of shipment and importation of different pharmaceutical products. the reason for choosing this institution for the capstone project is because the organization covers all sectors in terms of its operation, and it is among the most important and needed businesses by the society.

Strategic Plan Perspective

The strategic plan in this organization will be based on leadership patterns in this organization. The main aim of the leadership in this institution is to ensure that the organization's goals and objectives are in line with the entire shareholder's objectives of the organization (Kezar, 2008).  The organization is divided into different departments such as the procurement department, finance department, the human resource department, the continuous planning and improvement department, the distribution department, and finally the shipment and importation department. All the departments are guided by a leader whose purpose is to ensure that the department acts under the goals and objectives of the whole organization. Therefore, in this case the project will review the leadership systems that are existing within this organization and therefore advocate for any page that might be necessary within the organization. The major reason for choosing this perspective is that such an organization calls for leadership soberness in achieving its objectives since it serves a wide population of people.
