What was the focus of the course work this week?

    This week of the course work is completely focused and reviewed on The J.M. Smucker Company case study and understands how ethics can be more important for a company. On the other hand, we have a discussion on the rash of ethical scandals and Issues of diverse workforce importance. These are the topics that I’ve learned this week. 

 What were the topics?

   So, the topics are we have a discussion on the rash of ethical scandals and Issues of diverse workforce importance. In the current week assignment, we have a case study of The J.M. Smucker Company related to how ethics can be more important.

How does it relate to your work?

  These concepts are very useful in real-time. Actually the business ethics are more important for a company. We are also following business ethics which can build trust between employees and stakeholders. Also Other hands in our company we also have the business ethics. I would say ethics are more important in the business. During this current week's class, I have learned the business ethics concept and its importance. These concepts are directly applying to our organization.
